Open Enrollment Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy - If a student is unable to attend his/her class:

• Cancellation and/or reschedule notification must be received two weeks prior to the scheduled class start date or a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• If student fails to show up for class without notice, it will be considered a cancellation and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

In the event that MindIQ cancels a class, we will not assume responsibility for student expenses incurred. MindIQ will make every effort to give advance notice of any class cancellation.
